It enable you to use USB keys (FAT16/FAT12 with your MSX2), as a mass storage device for MSX.
Also it emulates .DSK file as there real Floppy.
You can also connect some model of USB Floppy drive, and use them as real Floppy driver for MSX1 or MSX2
